Terms & Conditions

  • Full payment is due on enrollment and must be received before the start of the program.
  • With approval from management, part payments for the course can be done in two installments only, with the first payment on the day of enrolment and second at the start of the program.
  • Fees for unattended lessons are not refundable due to our reserved seating policy and to ensure students receive sufficient learning exposure by attending classes consistently.
  • Study & Skills reserves the right to change tutors, schedules and courses if necessary. Every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative. If a class is cancelled, all students will be notified with the option to reschedule, otherwise full refund will be provided.
  • A student can get the full refund by cancellation of enrollment seven days in advance of the commencement of the course. Alternatively, a credit can be provided for use in future courses.
  • No refund in case of withdrawals less than 7 days before the start of the course
  • If absence is due to illness the office must be notified on the day and a medical certificate supplied to receive a partial credit (alternate day for the tutoring).
  • Courses may continue to run during public holidays.
  • Discount is given in case of hardship (please contact management for further information).
  • Students must be respectful to others and staff at all times.
  • Any damage to property caused due to deliberate harm by students will result in payment to fix broken items
  • It is the parents responsibility to ensure the child arrives on time to each of their tutoring sessions.
  • It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their child does all the assigned homework. If the child is facing problems in class, then inform the management.
  • Parents to take an active interest in their child’s academic progress. If parents have any concerns about their child’s academic progress, then schedule a meeting with the management.
  • All the above Terms & Conditions are at the discretion of Study & Skills Management.
