Dr Aatif Malik

Dr Aatif manages Study & Skills. He holds a doctorate in Computer Engineering and is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (UK).  He is teaching for the past 25 years and presently is a faculty member at The University of Western Australia. In his career, he has won many academic awards. In 2012, he was European Union Erasmus Mundus Visiting Scholar at Gjovik University, Norway, while in 2013 he was visiting scholar at the University of Jean Monnet, Saint Etienne, France. He has conducted research with his students and has published more than 50 journal and conference publications. He is an avid sportsman and acclaimed short story writer. At Study & Skills, he has helped many students to prepare for their WACE exams in Mathematics (Applications, Methods, Specialist) and Physics. His teaching attempts to instill critical analysis and lateral thinking skills in the students.

Dr Ramis Hassan

Dr Ramis Hassan is a graduate of the UWA MD program with an undergraduate degree in Sport Science. He graduated DUX from his high school and acquired direct entry into medicine. He is a 2012 graduate of the Sir Charles Young Leaders program run by Curtin University. In 2014, he was selected to represent Australia in the Annual Hague International Model United Nations conference. An avid sportsman, Ramis has represented Perth at the district level in cricket. He has over 7 years of experience in tutoring individuals, as well as groups of students. He has a passion for the sciences, with a focus on physics and chemistry.

Muhammad Jarar

Muhammad Jarar, a former student of Gifted And Talented Program of Western Australia, graduated second in his cohort with an ATAR of 98.15 and received the WACE Certificate of Distinction. He is pursuing his Doctor of Medicine degree at The University of Western Australia, after completion of Bachelors from UWA. In 2019, he was a winner at the Armadale Young Writers’ Awards. He has a passion for table tennis and chess and regularly participates in competitions around Perth. Jarar has over 5 years of tutoring experience with a particular interest in Mathematics, Chemistry and English for high school and ATAR students. He has successfully guided students, securing admission in medicine.

Hiroki Miyamoto

Hiroki Miyamoto is a former student of Gifted And Talented Program of Western Australia. He graduated as one of the top students of his cohort from Kelmscott Senior High School in 2020. He is currently in his second year of Bachelor of Science at The University of Western Australia, majoring in Mathematics and Statistics. He has a strong interest in psychology, philosophy, and finance. Through his tutoring, he aims to help students develop their critical thinking, a skill that transcends into all aspects of practical life. He tutors Physics, Mathematics, and English to high school and ATAR students.

Arfa Malik

Arfa, after finishing her Bachelors in Biomedical Science (Neuroscience Specialization), is currently studying medicine at The University of Western Australia. She graduated as one of the top most students of her High School in 2018 and was guaranteed an assured entry into Doctor of Medicine. Arfa has more than 4 years experience of tutoring high school students, focusing on Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Abdur Rehman

Abdur Rehman is a former student of Study & skills where he was tutored from Year 7 till Year 12. He graduated as one of the top students of his cohort in 2022 and got admission in highly competitive MBBS program at Curtin University. He is enthusiastic to share academic skills and strategies with his students to help them achieve their potentials and reach their goals. He tutors Science to students from  Yr 7 to Yr 10 and English ATAR, Human Biology ATAR, and Math Applications ATAR to Yr 11 and Yr 12 students.
